For a security issue, please use security@pdfolia.com and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
If a tool gave you a bad result
Tell us which tool you used and what you expected instead. If you can, describe the document: how many pages, roughly how large, whether it was a scan or produced by software, and which program made it.
Please do not attach confidential documents to a first email. If we need a sample to reproduce the problem we will say so, and a redacted file or a single page is usually enough.
Privacy requests
Because there is no account, we hold almost nothing about you, and any file you uploaded has already been deleted. If you still want to make a request under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA or a similar law, email us and describe what you are asking for.
